Minnesota Public Radio is the state's largest cultural organization, providing 96 percent of the population with free access to some of the best broadcast cultural programming in the world. We're very pleased to have been awarded a grant from the 2012 Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund Competitive Public Radio Grants process, and we're using the funds awarded to implement projects around the following four goals:
Project descriptions and budgets for all current Minnesota Public Radio projects supported in part by the Arts and Cultural Heritage Fund.

Minnesota Varsity is a high school-level Classical music showcase for classical and musical theater performance students from Minnesota.
Starting March 5th, each Featured Round artist will have their very own day to shine on Classical MPR; once in the 7am hour, and again in the 4pm hour. Additionally, between March 12-18, listeners will get to vote for their favorite performer at classicalmpr.org/varsity.
