The joys of winter
There is nothing like waking up to a fresh blanket of snow on a cold winter morning. To walk outside and see your breath. Hear the crunch of new fallen snow under your feet. How good it feels to run outside and plop down to create a snow angel.

Starting with a tiny little snowball, that grows into a gigantic snowman. Tearing off on the snowmobile across a snowy field. Dusting off those skis and heading down that new path. Or lacing on those ice skates to glide on a mirrored pond. Riding behind horses as they plod through the snow.

Seeing snow dogs shining in the sky. Cutting through the ice to drop a line in to try to catch that one special fish. Sitting outside in a hot tub while snowflakes fall lightly on your head. Catching that perfect little snowflake on your mitten. The feel of snow as it falls from the sky onto your tongue.

Minnesota winters can be a dream come true if you dream them in the right way.
