Police presentation of Franklin evidence

Terrance Franklin died in May from multiple gunshot wounds after scuffling with police officers in the basement of a Minneapolis home. Two officers were also wounded during the confrontation. Police say Franklin was a burglary suspect fleeing officers when he broke into a home in the Uptown area. On Thursday, Sept. 19, a Hennepin County Grand Jury decided not to bring criminal charges against Minneapolis police officers involved in Franklin's death.
