2011 Owned and Purchase Energy - Xcel Energy (company-wide)

Minnesota requires Xcel energy to generate 30 percent of its energy supply from renewable sources by 2020. The mandate says 25 percent will come from wind and the remaining 5 percent can come from wind or other sources. Right now the company says it's on target to meet those goals.
