JET STREAMING WEATHER TRIVIA OFFICIAL RULES

Entries for the above giveaway can be made by correctly answering the weather trivia question between Tuesday June 5, 2007 and Sunday, June 10, 2007 11:59 p.m. CT. A correct answer via the online submission form results in one chance to win the Jet Streaming giveaway. Entries with incomplete or false information will be disqualified. Limit one entry per person. Entries must be received via the online submission form. Multiple entries or attempted entries outside the giveaway, if discovered, will be disqualified.
Eligibility:
Anyone can enter the giveaway except persons who on or after September 31, 2006, were or are employees of American Public Media Group, Minnesota Public Radio/American Public Media, or their related organizations, their immediate family, or persons living in the same household. The drawing is open to any United States resident age 13 or older. Void where prohibited by law.
Prize:
One (1) prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from all correct, eligible entries. The winner will receive one (1) Weather Channel® Stormtracker AM/FM Weather Alert Radio & LED Flashlight. This has the following features:
Prize is non-transferable and not good for cash or exchangeable for other merchandise. Minnesota Public Radio will ship the prize to the winner's address via the United States Postal Service.
Selection and notification of winners:
Every eligible submission will be included in the drawing. Prize Winner will be drawn on Monday, June 11, 2007. Winner will be notified by the e-mail address or phone number given in the submission form. If Minnesota Public Radio is unable to reach winner or a winner is unable to accept the prize within 3 business days, the unawarded prize will go to the first back-up winner and subsequent backups until the prize is awarded. The rules detailing contest eligibility and method of selecting winners are on file at Minnesota Public Radio. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries.
General:
Participants agree to the Official Rules, and that Minnesota Public Radio and its related organizations, and their agents and employees will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind resulting from their use of the prize or their participation in the contest. Participants also agree to grant Minnesota Public Radio and Minnesota Monthly® magazine the right to use their name, image, or other likeness without further compensation for advertising, fundraising or promotional purposes. Taxes and other expenses are the responsibility of the winner.
