HOW TO ENTER THE ABOVE GIVEAWAY: No contribution or purchase is necessary. Enter online between 12:01 AM, Friday December 26, 2008 and 11:59 p.m. CT, Monday December 29, 2008. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries, if discovered, will be disqualified.

ELIGIBILITY: Anyone can enter the giveaway except persons who on or after April 15, 2008 were or are employees of American Public Media Group or its related organizations, including Minnesota Public Radio, their immediate family, or persons living in the same household. This giveaway is open to any United States resident except persons residing in California. Void where prohibited by law. Winner must be 18 years of age or older.

PRIZE: One (1) winnera will each receive one (1) Prize package for two (2) to attend the American Routes® with Nick Spitzer: 10th Anniversary Celebration held in New Orleans, La. from January 15-17, 2009. Each Prize package includes:

• *Air travel for two (2) to New Orleans, LA on January 15-17, 2009 (coach class)


• *Three (3) nights' stay at the W Hotel in the French Quarter


• *One (1) meal for two at a Brennan's Restaurant (not yet confirmed as to price and availability)


• *Two (2) tickets to the Friday January 16, 2009 8 p.m. American Routes show at the House of Blues

Minnesota Public Radio is not responsible for the quality of the Prize or for any portion of the Prize that is not available, including but not limited to the cancellation of any or all of the American Routes® show. In its sole discretion, Minnesota Public Radio may substitute alternate restaurant and/or hotel accommodations. Except as specifically described above, winners are responsible for any and all costs associated with using the Prize, including but not limited to meals and transportation that are not included in the Prize. Prize is nontransferable, is not good for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other merchandise. Subject to verification of eligibility and submission of a signed, completed IRS Form W-9, winner will receive the Prize via the delivery service selected by Minnesota Public Radio. Minnesota Public Radio will contact each Prize winner for travel arrangements. Other restrictions may apply.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: Every eligible entry will be included in the drawing. One (1) Prize winners and three (3) back up winners will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries. Winners will be drawn on Tuesday December 30, 2008.

Winner will be notified by telephone at the number provided in the entry. If Minnesota Public Radio is unable to reach winner or the winner is unable to accept the Prize within four (4) hours, then the unawarded Prize will go to the first back up and subsequent back-ups thereof until the Prize is awarded. The rules detailing Giveaway eligibility and method of selecting winners are on file at Minnesota Public Radio. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries.
