 |  Minnesota Public Radio is proud to announce the successful completion of its capital campaign, The Next Standard.
August, 2006 For the last four years we have been raising funds to expand our studio and production facility in St Paul; to begin the process of converting our archive to permanent digital media; and to further develop a process to increase the accuracy, depth and balance of our news. I am very pleased to announce that on Monday, July 24, we received a capstone gift from UBS that will enable us to finish the capital campaign and to fund The Forum, our public studio where we bring together leaders in the community to exchange knowledge about the issues of the day. It will now be known as The UBS Forum at Minnesota Public Radio-a brand name that fits well with our philosophy of You and Us. I want to thank the 7,800 donors to our capital campaign and especially the 17 of you who made gifts of $1 million or more.
