HOW TO ENTER THE ABOVE GIVEAWAY: No contribution or purchase necessary. Entries for the above giveaway can be made by correctly answering daily trivia questions throughout active dates of the contest. Each day (Tuesday, September 4, 2007 - Sunday, September 30, 2007) a new multiple choice trivia question will appear online for the duration of that day (See the School of Rock 2007 Trivia Contest homepage) . A correct answer to a trivia question on the day it is active results in one chance to win The Current's School of Rock 2007 Giveaway drawing. Each correct answer is a chance to win, with up to a possible 26 chances. Entries with incomplete or false information will be disqualified. Limit one entry per person, per day. Multiple daily entries or attempted entries outside the question's active date, if discovered, will be disqualified.
ELIGIBILITY: Anyone can enter the giveaways except persons who on or after January 1, 2007 were or are employees of American Public Media Group and its related organizations, including Minnesota Public Radio, their immediate family or persons living in the same household and employees of The Electric Fetus, their immediate family or persons living in the same household. The giveaway is open to any United States resident. Void where prohibited by law. Winner must be 18 years of age or older.
ONE GRAND PRIZE: One winner will receive $500 worth of store credit for music or merchandise at The Electric Fetus music store. Prize is provided by The Electric Fetus. (Total retail value - $500.00)
The store credit is good for all merchandise with the exception of concert tickets. Winner must comply with any related store policy. Winner will redeem the prize directly with The Electric Fetus staff in store or via phone order.

SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNER: For The Current's School of Rock 2007 Trivia Contest, a winner and five back up names for the prize will be selected by random drawing and announced on Minnesota Public Radio stations. Winner will be drawn by Friday, October 5, 2007. Winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail contact information included in the submission form. If Minnesota Public Radio is unable to reach the winner or the winner is unable to accept the prize within 10 days, the unawarded prize will go to the first back up and subsequent back-ups thereof until the prize is awarded. The rules detailing giveaway eligibility and method of selecting winner are on file at Minnesota Public Radio. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of entries.
GENERAL: By participating in this Giveaway, participants agree that Minnesota Public Radio, American Public Media Group and related organizations, their agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize, or by participation in the contest. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. There can be no substitutions for a prize of equal or greater value. Minnesota Public Radio may use winner's name and likenesses for publicity purposes without further compensation. Any taxes and expenses as a result of winning this prize are the winner's responsibility.
RESTRICTIONS: By participating in the Giveaway, a participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, and by all decisions of the contest judges. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.
