2008 My 3 Songs Giveaway
GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES
NO CONTRIBUTION OR PURCHASE IS NECESSARY - MAKING A CONTRIBUTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING THIS GIVEAWAY
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the giveaway submit a My 3 Songs set using the online form between 12:01 a.m. CT July 1, 2008 and 11:59 p.m. CT July 31, 2008. Entries with incomplete information will be disqualified. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries, if discovered, will be disqualified.
ELIGIBILITY: Anyone can enter the giveaway except persons who on or after November 1, 2007 were or are employees of American Public Media Group or its related organizations, including Minnesota Public Radio, their immediate family or persons living in the same household. The giveaway is open to any United States resident 13 or older. Void where prohibited by law.
PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive one (1) $400.00 gift certificate courtesy Erik's Bike Shop. Retail value: $400.00.
Winner is responsible for any and all costs associated with claiming and using the prize, including but not limited to transportation. Prize is nontransferable, is not good for cash, and cannot be exchanged for other merchandise. Winner will receive the prize via the delivery service selected by Minnesota Public Radio. Winner must redeem the gift certificate according to Erik's Bike Shop policies and practices.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS: Every eligible entry will be included in the 2008 My 3 Songs Giveaway.
The week of August 4, 2008 one (1) winner and five (5) back up names will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries. Winner will be notified by the e-mail address or phone number used on the My 3 Songs form.
If Minnesota Public Radio is unable to reach the winner or the winner is unable to accept the prize within three (3) calendar days, then the unawarded prize will go to the first back up and subsequent back-ups thereof until the prize is awarded. The rules detailing giveaway eligibility and method of selecting winners are on file at Minnesota Public Radio. The chances of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries.
GENERAL: By participating in this Giveaway, participants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and that Minnesota Public Radio and related organizations, their agents and employees have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind which result from use of the prize, or by participation in the contest. Minnesota Public Radio or its related organizations may use winner's name and likeness for advertising, fundraising, promotional or publicity purposes without further compensation. Taxes and expenses as a result of winning this prize are the responsibility of the winner.
