State of the Arts for September 10, 2004
This week State of the Arts will be live at The Saint Paul Chamber Orchestra's new performance space in the Hamm building in downtown St. Paul. SPCO President, Bruce Coppock will talk to us about what the new building means to the Orchestra. Plus, bassoonist Charles Ullery and violinist Dale Barltrop will recount what it was like when the Orchestra first started out as well as just how hard it is to get into a major orchestra. Then, Mayor Randy Kelly will join us to update us on his arts and culture plans for St. Paul.
