This week on State of the Arts we'll talk about the business of stealing art. Mike Hallenbeck has an experimental CD that turns water into music. Plus, we'll meet the makers of the locally produced short animated film "Fool Throttle."

Stolen Art. In the wake of the theft of two high profile Edvard Munch paintings, we talk about the business of stealing art, the issues it presents for museum security and public access. We talk with David Shillingford, director of the Art Loss Register based in New York.
