• Colombia Levels Charges After Raiding Ecuador
  Fresh rhetoric follows a weekend raid in Ecuador by the Colombian military. Colombia's government says that both Venezuela and Ecuador have secretly supported Colombian rebels, and that it captured data in its raid that proves some of its claims.

• House to Vote on Mental Health Bill
  The House is set to vote on a bill that would require health plans to provide the same level of benefits for mental health issues as they do for all other conditions. The Senate passed a similar measure in 2007, but the fight is far from over.
• Recall of Beef Hits School Lunches Hard
  The biggest meat recall in U.S. history has raised questions about the safety of meat used in programs administered by the Department of Agriculture — notably, school lunch programs.
• Paul, Kucinich Win House Primaries
  There was election news for presidential also-rans in Texas and Ohio Tuesday. Republicans backed Rep. Ron Paul of Texas in his congressional primary. Ohio Democrats did the same for Rep. Dennis Kucinich.
• OPEC Cool to Call for Production Increase
  Representatives of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) are meeting in Austria. And so far, they're resisting pressure from U.S. officials to increase production. Triple-digit oil prices are adding to American fears of inflation and recession.
• Minnesota Eyes Moratorium on Foreclosures
  Minnesota lawmakers are expected to pass a bill that would prevent lenders from foreclosing on a property for a year. It's a sweeping effort to give borrowers more time to salvage their homes.
