Sherman Alexie: Author whose latest book is "War Dances." He also had a book of poetry published in March, called "Face." He won a National Book Award for his young adult novel "The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian." He grew up on the Spokane Indian Reservation in Eastern Washington and now lives in Seattle.
