Will the "Super Committee" fail to make a budget plan?
The bi-partisan congressional committee charged with finding $1.2 billion to reduce the federal deficit is unlikely to meet the Wednesday deadline. What should be the priorities for budget attention in the months and years ahead?11:00 a.m.
