More than a year after peace deal, Darfur still unstable
A rebel group that controls the town of Muhajeria in Sudan's troubled Darfur region claims the Sudanese army killed 48 people in an attack this week, a charge the army denies. Bleak outlook for Minnesota's criminal justice system
A new report from the Council on Crime and Justice says Minnesota could see its prison population more than double between 2010 and 2030.
