New calls to change or repeal the federal health care law
The cost of health insurance increased this year, GOP presidential candidates urge repeal of President Obama's health care reform law, and Congressman Paul Ryan's new idea this week is to give individuals a refundable tax credit to buy their own insurance in the marketplace. The Supreme Court is expected to rule on the constitutionality of the federal law sometime before the 2012 election.
