Jack Dorsey created Twitter and launched the company in 2006 with two partners. He is the executive chairman of the company and leads product development. The Commonwealth Club of California named Dorsey its 21st Century Visionary Award winner and invited him to discuss how Twitter came about and talk about his new venture, Square, which lets users accept credit card payments for their products via mobile phones.12:00 p.m.
