Smoking ban headed to Senate floor
A bill that would ban smoking in Minnesota bars and restaurants passed through another Senate panel Monday. It now goes to the full Senate -- stripped of an amendment that would allow bars to install air filtering systems instead of banning smoking.11:06 a.m.
