State sets up system to evaluate colleges and universities
The Minnesota Office of Higher Education wants to make the state's colleges and universitires more accountable in areas such as graduation rates and serving students from minority groups. The office issued the first in a series of periodic reports Tuesday that will track how the U of M and MnSCU are performing.11:06 a.m.
