    Since Democrats have taken control of the U.S. Congress, some of their leaders have been invited to the National Press Club to talk about their priorities. This week the Press Club heard from U.S. Rep. Barney Frank, D-Mass., who is the new chair of the House Financial Services Committee. His speech was titled "Waging War on Wages."12:06 p.m.
