Midday presents live coverage of the inauguration of Governor-elect Mark Dayton at the Landmark Center in St. Paul. He will become the first Democratic governor in Minnesota in 20 years. Lieutenant Governor-Elect Yvonne Prettner Solon, Attorney General Lori Swanson, State Auditor Rebecca Otto, and Secretary of State Mark Ritchie will also be sworn in.
