Expert Weighs In On Major U.S. Speeches In Berlin

Barack Obama will give a major speech in Berlin, the site of famous speeches by Presidents Kennedy and Reagan.

Andreas Daum, the author of Kennedy in Berlin and a history professor at the State University of New York at Buffalo, says though Obama's talk may lack a unifying theme such as the Cold War, it does come amid common global challenges.
