Texas Must Lay Out Plan for Kids from FLDS Sect

The fate of more than 460 children from a polygamist ranch will be argued in court in West Texas on Monday. Texas Child Protective Services is required by law to present its plan for each child to a judge. But lawyers for the mothers of the children say that the plans do not consider each child individually and therefore the families' legal rights are being violated.
