U.S., North Korea Resume Nuclear Talks in China

Six-nation talks on North Korea's nuclear program are underway in Beijing. The discussions resumed after a long hiatus, during which North Korea conducted a nuclear explosion for the first time.

Assistant Secretary of State Christopher Hill tells Renee Montagne that U.S. economic policies aimed at North Korea could change if Pyongyang ends its nuclear program.
