Los Angeles Council to Rule on Harassment Case

After Los Angeles firefighters fed an African-American colleague dog food, the city settled the man's racial harassment case for millions of dollars.

But the mayor struck down the payment after photos of that same firefighter surfaced on the Internet that showed him participating in hazing of other firefighters.

On Wednesday, the Los Angeles City Council will rule on a final settlement.
