Obama Suggests Short-Term Fix To Sequester

If Congress and the president don't act in the next three weeks, deep, across-the-board spending cuts will hit everything from the defense department to education programs. President Obama has proposed a short-term mix of budget cuts and tax hikes to replaced automatic spending cuts set to start March 1.
