Trying To Reform Nigeria Amid Family Kidnapping

A manhunt has been launched to find the mother of Nigeria's Finance Minister who was kidnapped on Sunday. Crimes like kidnapping, online scams, and corruption are lucrative enterprises in Nigeria.
