New Jersey Residents Cope With Gas Rationing

Because of Superstorm Sandy, the state is rationing gas according to the final digit on each car's license plate. The system doesn't seem to be shortening the lines much. In Bayonne, home of the biggest oil terminal in New York Harbor, there was only one station open.
