Southwest Airlines Offers Special Seating for a Fee

Southwest Airlines' passengers feel strongly about Southwest's open boarding policy. Passengers aren't assigned seats, so they're left to rush for the good ones. But now passengers can pay a little more for a "business select" seat, and board first.
