New Orleans Imposes Dusk-To-Dawn Curfew

Tropical Storm Isaac continues to crawl across Louisiana. In New Orleans, authorities are breathing a sigh of relief that the new, $14 billion levee system held. But they put on a demonstration of resolve to deter potential looters who might take advantage of the hiatus between the storm and the return to normalcy.
