California Plans for Future Wildfire Control

Efforts to better manage wildfires are underway in California even as ash is settling from the blaze that ravaged San Diego County. Hopes are for more water-dropping helicopters. The U.S. Marines have agreed to train with California firefighters. Steve Inskeep, Andrew Phelps
