Stafford Loans Interest Rate To Remain Steady

Undergraduate college students will be able to access a certain kind of loan for the low rate of 3.4 percent for one more year. The interest rate on Stafford loans was about to double, but lawmakers reached an agreement recently to keep the rate low.
