Marine Commandant Discusses Challenges He's Faced

Gen. James Amos assumed the duties of commandant of the Marines about one year ago. Since then, the military has changed its policy to allow for the enlistment of openly gay troops and faces large budget cuts, while still maintaining forces in Iraq and Afghanistan.
