Afghans Divided On When U.S. Troops Should Leave

President Obama has told the nation that he's pulling 33,000 troops from Afghanistan by next summer. About 10,000 of those troops will be withdrawn by the end of the year. How was the announcement received in the Afghan capital Kabul?
