Jerry Brown Sworn In As California's Governor

Three decades after his first tour as California governor, Jerry Brown gives it another go. Brown was sworn in Monday and immediately launched into how he'll deal with a $28 billion budget shortfall that threatens to cripple the Golden State. KQED's John Myers in Sacramento talks to host Melissa Block.
