Pac Rim Leaders Commit To Free Trade Zone

Asia-Pacific leaders say they are committed to achieving a Pacific-wide free trade zone. The 21 members of the Asian Pacific Economic Cooperation forum agreed over the weekend to build toward the region-wide trade zone.
