Milk Caramel Is A Sweet Treat In Brazil

Brazil is the world's biggest sugar producer, and a favorite there is a spread made by boiling milk and sugar for hours, continuously mixing and scraping the sides of the pot until it forms a gooey, sweet sludge. There are variations throughout Latin America, but Brazil is said to have some of the best.
