Maryland Gov. Warns Motorists To Stay Off Roads

Wednesday's winter storm brought near-whiteout conditions on the East Coast. Maryland Gov. Martin O'Malley has been urging people throughout his state to stay off the roads. He's warned drivers — don't expect to see pavement on most roads until the end of the week. Michele Norris talks to Gov. O'Malley about conditions in Maryland.
