DEA Seeks to Shut Legal Marijuana Centers

Medicinal marijuana use is legal under California law, but not federal law. Los Angeles officials asked the federal government to stop cracking down on the same day that the Drug Enforcement Administration raided 10 clinics. The agency is also threatening landlords who rent space to such clinics.
