American leaders woo China

This must be the week to visit China. Gov. Tim Pawlenty's Minnesota trade delegation is there, California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is on a similar mission, and President Bush will be paying a visit, too, as part of a larger tour of Asia. What is drawing American dignitaries to the East?
