Prestowitz says the world is flat... and tilted


Reagan administration trade official Clyde Prestowitz agrees with New York Times columnist Thomas Friedman, to a point. He says the global economic playing field isn't just flat, it's tilted eastward. In a recent speech at the Commonwealth Club of California, Prestowitz said that America's budget deficits are accelerating the rise of Asian economic power.
