Starting school younger

The phrase "K-12 education" seems to have fallen out of favor at the Minnesota Legislature. In its place is a new one: "E-12." The "E" stands for early childhood education, and a group of Minnesota business leaders has put its muscle behind the push for school before kindergarten.
