Minnesota lawmakers are hoping they can wrap up the special session Tuesday or Wednesday. Legislators and Governor Pawlenty have reached agreements on three budget bills. Lawmakers still have to vote on a $7.4 billion funding package for nursing homes, welfare and subsidized health insurance.
