Closing day of the regular Legislative session

A special live broadcast from the State Capitol rotunda in St. Paul on the closing day of the regular session. The Legislature's 2003 session adjournment deadline promises to come and go Monday without a completed budget. Only a few of the eight bills that will make up Minnesota's $28.3 billion budget for the next two years are expected to be ready for votes. A special session will be needed to finish the job.
