Teaching our legislators to be great leaders

Political analyist David Gergen offers advice to Minnesota legislators about how to deal with the state's budget problems. He stresses that this year's deficit is not a short term problem, but one that will last for many years. The key to dealing with it, he says, is leadership. Gergen spoke to legislators on "the essence of leadership" at an event sponsored by the Blandin Foundation.
