Regional Spotlight: A peppery performance

ST. PAUL, Minn. — In 1924, a reviewer wrote that Erwin Schulhoff's music "...has enough modern pepper in it to constantly stimulate the ear..." Schulhoff, a Czech by birth, was a victim of the camps in 1942.

This week's regional spotlight features the Artaria String Quartet's peppery performance of Erwin Schulhoff's String Quartet No. 1 from a concert earlier this year.
