The Fringe Festival is back, and so is one of its most devoted fans
If you Google "Fringe Festival" and "Evelyn Blum," you'll get hundreds of hits. She's been going to the Minnesota Fringe Festival for so long (and writing so many online reviews of the shows she sees) that she has earned the status of "Ultra Fringer." She joins The Daily Circuit to talk about her experience of the Fringe and what keeps her coming back.
The 20th Fringe Festival opened Thursday night and runs through Aug. 11. This year's festival features 176 shows, staged in 16 different venues in Minneapolis.
