ST. PAUL, Minn. — In a show of what one night of choral singing in St Paul looks like this week's Regional Spotlight features two fine groups that make music with stylishness and joy.

Matthew Culloton led The Singers in a performance of the very difficult but very satisfying, Mass in G by Francis Poulenc, and Paul Boehnke led the Bach Society of Minnesota in a program that included the sacred and the secular, including a madrigal by Salamone Rossi and the motet, Lobet den Herrn by JS Bach.
