ST. PAUL, Minn. — A new book covers the developments in Madison when Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker passed Act 10, which curtailed almost all collective bargaining rights for public employees.
'More Than They Bargained For: Scott Walker, Unions and the Fight for Wisconsin' is written by Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel reporters, Jason Stein and Patrick Marley, and examines recent historic events in Wisconsin, a state known historically as an innovator when it came to those issues.
