Should in-home child care providers unionize?

Legislation that would allow in-home childcare providers to collectively bargain with the state was introduced yesterday at the state Capitol.

We'll speak with the chief sponsor of the bill, Sen. Sandra Pappas, DFL-St. Paul, and Becky Swanson, a Lakeville childcare provider who opposes the legislation.
